SORROWS PATH release live-party show for the new album “The Rough Path of Nihilism”, out from German Rock it Up Records!
The band is back from Germany where they had their party for the new release in Karlsruhe and celebrate their official release at historical An Club in Athens , on Sunday, December 5! This time, they will also perform live the new songs plus some of their old, with very special guests and happenings.
On stage, along with the band, there will be the well known fetish dancers, Zirconia, Alexia and Julia, with many participations in Greek and abroad shows…The guest vocalist of the new album, vocal teacher Eleni Danielson also taking part in backing vocals!
Guest bands are the ex-EMI signed rock-metal doomsters INFIDEL, who are ready to release their new second album too and the mature progressive quartet SOLID FAITH, with some demos that earned great feedback in the past.
On decks, maybe the most authentic metal DJ in Greece , Michalis HMRM, who has counted many and many hours of DJ sets.
Full merchandise of SORROWS PATH will be available…the official T-shirt for the new album plus the original album just received from Germany , included!!!
And all of this only with 8 euros entrance…at one of the best Athenian live clubs, An Club, Solomou 13-15, Exarchia Square , Athens.

We are really proud to reveal the cover and the tracklisting of our newborn child "The Rough Path of Nihilism" which is going to be released on October 29, 2010 by Rock It Up Records!
The cover was done by artist Seth Siron Anton, the famous bassist and vocalist of SEPTIC FLESH, who already worked with big names such as PARADISE LOST, KAMELOT, MOONSPELL, EXODUS and many more!

This album was recorded, mixed and mastered at Fragile Studios with well known Greek metal producer, musician and composer with the band FRAGILE VASTNESS, Vangelis Yalamas (has collaborated with Duncan Patterson-ex ANATHEMA and Joey Vera, Ray Alder from FATES WARNING), who is also taking part as a guest musician, playing synth and making some arrangements. The other guest musician of the album is the vocal teacher Eleni Danielson in female vocals.

We are more than happy to announce that we agreed to sign a deal with Rock It Up Records!
The German label will release worldwide our new album "The Rough Path Of Nihilism"!
The release for the upcoming album is set to summer 2010.

live with crystal viper we are going to support Crystal Viper on the 26th of February at Athens.
The gig is due on the 26th of February and will be hosted at the Sin City Club in Athens. The tickets are on sale and cost 18 and 20 Euros, as presale and on the venue, respectively. The gig will open Mind Wire Society.
SORROWS PATH have released in 2006 "Resurrection" comprising the two demos (1994, 1996) through Eat Metal Records.

video clip shootings Yesterday, at the 20th of December 2009, our new first official video clip for the song "Empty Eyes and Blackened Hearts" was shot! The shootings took place from the first hours of Sunday to the first hours of Monday at the Greek Psychiatric Hospital Dromokaiteio as well as Vox Studios!
The video clip will be edited in the next days! It was produced by Achilles Villiotis and his team, who are responsible for many and many great successful Greek TV series and films!
Really worth the waiting for Sorrows Path to present their work after so many years, if you count all these great moments about our new album....
The release of the new video clip will follow the signing to our new record contract!
